3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

In such cases, Zestimcart may cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative resolution.

If the return is due to customer preference:

  • Change of mind;

  • Product no longer wanted.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Inspection of Returned Items

  • Rejection of the return.

Zestimcart is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving products may delay resolution and may require additional verification.
